- Discovery. 1–2 weeks. Users, jobs to be done, constraints, success metrics. Written spec, not a Slack thread.
- Design. Wireframes first, then visual. Real data shapes the UI.
- Build. Weekly demos, no surprises. You see the app every Friday.
- Ship. Production deploy, monitoring, basic analytics. Real users on day one.
- Iterate or hand off. Either I stay on retainer for v1.1+ or your team takes the keys with full docs.
FAQ
Are you a one-person agency or do you have a team?
Both. Solo for small projects; I bring trusted devs and designers when scope demands it. You always deal with me as the point of contact.
Mobile apps?
I focus on web (responsive + PWA). For native I partner with specialists — happy to introduce.
Can the AI run on our own infra?
Yes. Self-hosted Llama / Mistral, Ollama, vLLM — depending on your needs and budget. We pick the right trade-off.
What about ongoing costs?
I quote build + estimated monthly run costs upfront. No surprise bills.
Got an idea sitting in a doc?
