How I work
- Listen. First week is interviews — sponsors, PMs, devs, ops. The truth is rarely on the dashboard.
- Map. One page: scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, team load. Honest version.
- Decide. What to cut, what to fast-track, what to escalate. Trade-offs are explicit.
- Run. I either drive the project or coach the PM doing it. Cadence, artifacts, comms — all set up.
- Hand off. Your team keeps running it. With docs, templates and a playbook.
