For a real transition — promotion, founder mode, scaling a team. Includes a written 90-day plan.
How I work
- Chemistry call. 30 minutes free. We see if there's a fit. If not, I'll point you somewhere better.
- Onboarding session. 90 min. We map where you are, where you want to go, what gets in the way.
- Sessions. Bi-weekly. Real situations, real patterns. Not abstract leadership theory.
- Checkpoints. Every 6 weeks we look at what's shifted and what hasn't. We adjust.

Is this coaching, mentoring or therapy?
Mentoring with a therapeutic ear. I'm not your therapist — but my therapy training shapes how I listen and what I notice. If something deeper is calling, I'll tell you.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. I invoice as a B2B service, with VAT. Most clients expense it.
Online or in person?
Both. Most sessions are video. I'm based in Barcelona — happy to meet in person there.
What if I'm not in a leadership role yet?
Still works. We use the time to prepare you for the role you want, and to figure out if you actually want it.
